How do I use the e-AMUSEMENT PASS? |

After you log into with KONAMI ID, choose "new registration" and register your e-AMUSEMENT PASS with KONAMI ID. If you have registered via mobile site, there is no need to register again.

Why can't I log in without registering my "name", "sex", "birthday" and "post code"? |

From 10th Nov. 2006, it is essential to register this information. This registration is required to use the e-AMUSEMENT PASS Members Website.
If you have not registered this information, please log on with the official website using your KONMI ID, and register at "reference / update of member information".

When I log in, e-AMUSEMENT PASS which I have not registered is displayed. Why does this happen?

Registered information of e-AMUSEMENT PASS works with KONAMI ID and mobile site "Konami Net DX" as well. For this, all the information registered on Konami Net DX is shown on e-AMUSEMENT PASS members site as well. Likewise, if you register or release on e-AMUSEMENT PASS members site, the result is reflected on Konami Net DX, too.

When I try to register a new e-AMUSEMENT PASS, the screen says "It has already been registered with a KONAMI ID". Why is this? |

It is not possible to register e-AMUSEMENT PASS which is already registered with KONAMI ID to another KONAMI ID at the same time. If you would like to register with another KONAMI ID, please release the currently registered e-AMUSEMENT PASS from KONAMI ID, and newly register it with KONAMI ID you would like. Registered information of e-AMUSEMENT PASS to KONAMI ID works with Konami Net DX site. If you have already registered via Konami Net DX site, there is no need for you to register again, so please log in with KONAMI ID using for Konami Net DX site.

Why is my card number (user code) not recognised when I enter it? |

If you are newly registered, the card may not be recognised. Please enter the card number (user code) that was used on a machine.
You may have entered the card number incorrectly. Please check again that the number was entered correctly (We do not use the following alphabets since they are easy to mistype; "I", "O", "Q", "V").
